At Ribble, cycling has always been more than just bikes. It’s about community, progression, and giving back to the sport that shapes us. That’s why we’re proud to be the presenting partner of the 2025 British Gravel Championships – an event that showcases the very best of one of cycling’s fastest-growing disciplines.
Putting Back into the Sport
Our partnership with the British Gravel Championships is about more than a logo on a banner. Gravel is where freedom, adventure, and performance meet, and this championship represents the pinnacle of that spirit in the UK. By supporting the event, we’re investing in the growth of the sport, ensuring riders at every level can experience the thrill of racing and the camaraderie of the gravel community.
The Growth of Gravel
Gravel riding has exploded in recent years. What started as a niche pursuit has become one of the most exciting categories in cycling, drawing riders who want to test themselves beyond the tarmac, explore new landscapes, and find adventure on every ride. Events like the British Gravel Championships are proof of how far the discipline has come – giving riders a national stage to compete and celebrate the unique challenge of gravel racing.
Connection to the Ribble Outliers
For us, gravel isn’t just another category — it’s part of our DNA. The Ribble Outliers, our pro gravel team, are built on the same values that drive the British Gravel Championships: pushing limits, tackling new terrain, and bringing energy to every race. Their presence at the sharp end of competition reinforces our belief that gravel represents the next frontier for cycling performance.
At the Heart of the Action
We’ll be right at the centre of the championships in Dalby Forest. Across the weekend you can:
- Cheer on the Ribble Outliers as they chase national titles on the championship course.
- Test ride the new ALLGRIT and ULTRA-GRIT bikes on the demo track – real gravel terrain, real performance.
- Stamp your time with “Mark Your Moment”, our on-site keepsake experience.
- Explore our stand, meet the Ribble team, and get hands-on with our bikes.
Whether you’re racing, riding, or spectating, come and share the weekend with us.

THE RIBBLE OUTLIERS WILL BE RIDING
The Ribble ULTRA-GRIT
The ULTRA-GRIT is Ribble’s fastest gravel bike, proven on races like Unbound and The Traka. At just 8.0 kg, the Ribble Outliers Edition features SRAM RED XPLR AXS with power meter, Zipp 303 wheels with 45mm Schwalbes, and an aero one-piece cockpit. A 3D-printed Selle Italia saddle adds comfort, with the option of a RockShox Rudy fork for rougher courses.
The Championship Routes
The racing takes place over three days in Dalby Forest, with routes designed to challenge every rider:
- TT Route (13.8km, 150m climbing): A fast, thrilling lap with long straights to get the power down.
- Championship Route (113.6km, 2024m climbing): Four laps of fast-rolling, hard-packed gravel. Punchy climbs, flowing descents, and tactical racing make this the ultimate test of endurance and skill.
Looking Ahead
Our presence at the British Gravel Championships is just the start. We’ll be there to celebrate the riders, connect with the gravel community, and showcase the bikes designed to thrive where the road ends. And if you can’t make it to Dalby, you can still visit one of our showrooms for expert advice, or explore our Express range of ready-to-ride bikes online.
Together, let’s celebrate the continued rise of gravel and the part we all play in shaping its future.
